These terms explain the general basis on which WeddingApp.ie provides its service, including bookings, setup, support, post-wedding access and optional keepsake services.

2. The service
WeddingApp.ie provides a digital wedding app service which may include features such as:
- Wedding app setup
- Guest photo uploads
- Table plan access
- Digital guest book messages
- QR code access
- Support with updates and changes
- Optional printed keepsake services
3. Booking and setup
The service begins once details are agreed between the couple and WeddingApp.ie.
Couples are responsible for providing the information needed for setup, including wedding details, names, table plans and any other requested content.
WeddingApp.ie will make reasonable efforts to prepare the wedding app in line with the agreed service and supplied information.
4. Pricing
Prices shown on the website are launch or introductory prices unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be updated in the future. Any agreed booking should be based on the price discussed at the time of enquiry or confirmation.
5. Changes and support
WeddingApp.ie is designed to include personal support. Reasonable changes may be made before the wedding, including updates to guest details or table plans, depending on the package agreed.
Couples should provide changes as clearly and as early as possible to help avoid mistakes or delays.
6. Guest content and uploads
Guests may upload photos or leave messages where those features are included.
Couples are responsible for making sure any material they provide or request to be included is appropriate for the service.
WeddingApp.ie reserves the right to remove content that is clearly inappropriate, unlawful or abusive.
7. Post-wedding access
Unless otherwise agreed, the wedding app remains live for 1 month after the wedding day.
This allows guests time to upload photographs and leave messages after the event. After that period, the live content may be removed from the service.
8. Printed keepsake option
If a printed keepsake option is requested, it may include selected photographs, guest book messages or similar material as agreed.
Delivery timing for printed keepsakes is typically intended to be within 2 weeks after the wedding, but timing may depend on printing, preparation and delivery arrangements.
9. Accuracy of information
WeddingApp.ie relies on the information supplied by the couple. While reasonable care is taken, WeddingApp.ie cannot be responsible for errors caused by incomplete, late or inaccurate information provided for the setup.
10. Availability of the service
WeddingApp.ie aims to provide a smooth and reliable service, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the service running properly, but WeddingApp.ie will not be liable for interruptions outside reasonable control.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeddingApp.ie will not be responsible for indirect losses, unexpected technical issues outside reasonable control, or loss arising from incorrect information supplied by others.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the service develops.
